本所蘑菇选育种组于1975年起,开展了“高产、罐藏蘑菇新菌株选育”的研究。目的是选出产量高、适宜制罐的双孢蘑菇新菌株。试验材料系102-1双孢蘑菇菌株,1949年引自法国。试验先从102-1菌株(气生型)中挑选匍匐型突变体,然后进行定向选育。经近十年的选育,得到性状稳定的突变株——101菌株。经酯酶同工酶测定,它与102-1菌株有明显的差异。101菌株的子实体经罐藏试验表明,它的质量达到国家制罐标准。经生产试验和大面积应用表明,产量可稳定在2斤/尺~2左右,比102-1菌株提高产量20%以上。
Our mushroom breeding group since 1975, launched a “high-yield, canning mushroom new strain breeding” research. The purpose is to elect a new strain of Agaricus bisporus with high yield and suitable for making cans. The test material was strain 102-1 Agaricus bisporus, introduced from France in 1949. In the experiment, creeping mutants were selected from the 102-1 strain (aegypti type) and then targeted breeding. After nearly a decade of breeding, get stable mutant strain - 101 strains. The esterase isozyme assay, it and 102-1 strains have significant differences. The sub-entity of the 101 strain was tested by canning test to show that its quality reached the national standard of can making. The production test and large area application show that the yield can be stabilized at about 2 kg / ft ~ 2, which can increase the yield more than 20% than the strain 102-1.
