以LF5铝合金为研究对象,利用有限元软件MSC.Marc建立了平板对接接头搅拌摩擦焊过程的有限元模型,分析了焊接过程的温度场。结果表明:由于热传导区域范围的减少,当焊接热源接近平板端部时焊缝区域的温度峰值上升,不利于接头性能;当焊接速度减少或搅拌头的旋转速度升高时,焊接过程中的温度峰值升高甚至超过母材熔点。综合考虑实际工程效率与温度场影响接头质量的规律,给出了搅拌摩擦焊焊接工艺参数的优选方法。
Taking LF5 aluminum alloy as the research object, the finite element model of friction stir welding of flat butt joint was established by finite element software MSC.Marc, and the temperature field of the welding process was analyzed. The results show that when the welding heat source is close to the end of the flat plate, the peak temperature in the weld zone increases, which is unfavorable to the joint performance. When the welding speed decreases or the rotating speed of the stirring head increases, the temperature in the welding process The peak rises even beyond the melting point of the base metal. In consideration of the fact that the actual project efficiency and the temperature field affect the quality of the joint, the optimal method of friction stir welding process parameters is given.
