应用SPECT仪测定66例脑出血急性期病人的局部脑血流量;同时应用酶法测定血清心肌酶。结果:病变侧rCBF明显低于对侧,其中内囊区出血rCBF比值下降最明显,其次是壳核出血、丘脑出血。血清心肌酶明显高于正常对照组,急性期各脑叶及病灶区(内囊-基底节区)rCBF与CK、CK-MB呈显著负相关(r=-0.378~-0.401,P<0.01)。
66 cases of acute cerebral hemorrhage were measured by SPECT in patients with regional cerebral blood flow; the same time, the enzyme method for the determination of serum myocardial enzymes. Results: The rCBF of the lesion side was significantly lower than that of the contralateral side, and the rCBF ratio of the hemorrhage in the internal capsule area was the most obvious, followed by the putamen and thalamic hemorrhage. Serum myocardial enzyme levels were significantly higher than those in the normal control group. There was a significant negative correlation between rCBF and CK and CK-MB in brain lobes and focal regions (internal capsule-basal ganglia) in acute phase (r = -0.378-0.401, P <0.01).
