在传统理论缺乏对用户认知分析的情况下,本文展示了一种全新的角度来分析用户的网络行为。文章首先提出了信息线索的概念,探讨了信息线索对于网络用户行为的影响,指出了对其研究的重要意义,随后给出了基于信息线索的认知分析模型。最后,从认知的角度将用户在面临大量链接时采取的策略分为Attend-to-link,Click-link,Backup-a-page三种策略,然后结合前人的研究结果从数学建模的角度模拟出了用户采取三种策略的概率。对于用户采取的策略进行了抽象的表示,具有一定的预测性。基于线索的认知分析模型将有助于网络信息行为研究的深化和发展。
In the absence of traditional theory of user cognitive analysis, this article presents a new perspective to analyze the user’s network behavior. The article first proposed the concept of information clues, explored the influence of information clues on the behavior of network users, pointed out the significance of its research, and then gave a clue-based cognitive analysis model. Finally, from the cognitive perspective, the strategies adopted by users in the face of a large number of links are divided into Attend-to-link, Click-link and Backup-a-page strategies, and then combined with previous research results from mathematical modeling The angle simulates the probability of the user adopting three strategies. The strategy adopted by the users has been abstractly expressed with certain predictability. Clue-based cognitive analysis model will help to deepen and develop the research of network information behavior.
