雷恩认为:“管理是文化的产儿。”一方面,各种不同的文化道德孕育了人们的管理思想与管理理论;另一方面,配置与利用资源的方式也随着文化的变化而改变。因此,在某种程度上文化深深地影响甚至左右着管理理论与管理模式。笔者将选择以后者(管理模式)为角度,通过分析受不同类型文化影响的企业管理模式与文化的互动关系,来介绍对管理与文化关系的理解,并探讨其所存在的一些误区。
