6个玉米品种的幼苗在室内低温培养箱〔温度1℃、光照强度150μmol/(m2·s)〕处理3天后的结果表明:Suwan-3、越P47、越LVN12和阳单82对冷胁迫反应敏感,表现叶片电解质泄漏显著增加、叶绿素含量和幼苗存活率下降;墨3130和墨2174电解质泄漏和叶绿素含量变化少,幼苗成活率高达90.0%和94.4%,说明在6个玉米品种中墨3130和墨2174的抗冷性最强。室内试验结果与大田一致,表明此鉴定方法可靠可行,且方便、快速,可应用于玉米品种抗冷性鉴定。
The results showed that the seedlings of 6 maize cultivars treated with indoor temperature of 1 ℃ and light intensity of 150μmol / (m2 · s) for 3 days showed that Suwan-3, P47, YueNvN12 and YangDan 82 responded to cold stress Sensitive, leaf electrolyte leakage significantly increased, chlorophyll content and seedling survival rate decreased; ink 3130 and ink 2174 less leakage of electrolyte and chlorophyll content changes, seedling survival rates as high as 90.0% and 94.4%, indicating that six maize varieties Inks 3130 and 2174 have the highest chilling resistance.
