简述国产DCS领军企业浙江中控的国产压缩机组控制系统在空分装置空气压缩机组上的应用情况。主要介绍应用于压缩机组控制的ECS100系统的特点和系统功能,阐述该机组专用控制系统特殊的软硬件配置及功能的实现,并分析主要的控制方案,包括:机组和装置的联锁逻辑控制,汽轮机调速控制,压缩机防喘振控制和性能控制等。
The application situation of homemade DCS control system of Zhejiang Zhongkong, a domestic DCS leader, on air compressor unit of air separation unit is briefly introduced. This paper mainly introduces the characteristics and system functions of ECS100 system which is applied to compressor unit control, explains the special software and hardware configuration and function realization of this unit special control system, and analyzes the main control schemes including interlocking logic control of unit and unit, Turbine speed control, compressor anti-surge control and performance control.
