本文介绍一种非线性实时优化算法及其在汽车动力系统控制中的应用.首先,回顾了求解线性代数方程的GMRES算法以及如何将其用于求满足Pontryagin条件的实时优化问题的解.该算法提供一种求解一般非线性滚动时域控制问题的数值方法.由于其计算量小,因此能够完成汽车动力系统控制中的快速暂态控制问题并保证实时性.随后介绍这种实时优化算法在内燃机扭矩跟踪控制问题和混合动力系统能源管理问题的应用实例,并且给出了其分别在发动机控制实验台架和GT-SUITE仿真器上完成的实验及仿真验证结果.
In this paper, we introduce a nonlinear real-time optimization algorithm and its application in automotive powertrain control.Firstly, we review the GMRES algorithm for solving linear algebraic equations and how to use it in solving real-time optimization problems that satisfy Pontryagin conditions. A numerical method for solving general nonlinear rolling time-domain control problems is provided. Because of its small computational complexity, it can accomplish fast transient control in vehicle powertrain control and ensure real-time performance. Then introduce the real-time optimization algorithm in internal combustion engine Torque tracking control problems and energy management problems in hybrid systems. The experimental and simulation results on the engine control bench and the GT-SUITE simulator are given respectively.
