目的 探讨学生心理健康与学校心理气氛的相关性。方法 采用随机分层整群抽样方法 ,抽取郴州市 2 7所初中教师 2 4 5人、学生 386人 ,用 SCL-90量表和学校组织健康修订量表 ( OHI-RE)进行调查。结果 学生心理健康与学校心理气氛的相关显著 ,特别是校长领导行为对学校心理气氛和学生心理健康影响较大 ,生活在不同心理气氛的学校里的学生心理健康水平差异显著
Objective To explore the correlation between students’ mental health and school psychology. Methods A random stratified cluster sampling method was used. Twenty-five junior high school teachers in 277 middle schools in Chenzhou City were enrolled. A total of 386 students were enrolled in this study. The SCL-90 scale and OHI-RE were used to investigate. Results There was a significant correlation between students ’mental health and school psychological atmosphere. Especially the principal’s leadership behavior had a great influence on the school’s psychological mood and students’ mental health. There was significant difference in the mental health of students in schools with different psychological atmosphere
