研究栽培方法对3∶1式麦套中早熟春棉棉铃发育的影响表明:移栽棉铃重大于直播棉,差异随播期延后而减小;育苗移栽利于纤维伸长和纤维素累积;移栽棉棉籽(仁)脂肪累积优于直播棉。棉仁棕榈酸、油酸、硬脂酸含量稳定,栽培方法和播期对其影响较小;移栽棉、直播棉棉仁亚油酸含量随播期延后均递增,适时播种利于棉籽(仁)蛋白质累积,栽培方法间差异较小;晚播时移栽棉优于直播棉,但不利于蛋白质累积。3∶1式中麦套早熟春棉应选择育苗移栽方法。
The effects of cultivation methods on the development of cotton bollworm in pre-mature spring cotton with 3: 1 transplanting showed that transplanting boll weight was greater than that of direct seeding cotton, and the difference decreased with the sowing time delay. Transplanting of transplanting seedling was beneficial to fiber elongation and cellulose accumulation. Transplanting cottonseed (kernel) fat accumulation is better than direct seeding cotton. The contents of palmitic acid, oleic acid and stearic acid in cottonseed were stable, and the cultivation methods and sowing date had little effect on the content of linoleic acid. The linoleic acid content in cottonseed and cottonseed increased with sowing delay, Kernel protein accumulation, there is little difference between the cultivation methods; the late transplanting cotton is better than the direct seeding cotton, but not conducive to protein accumulation. 3: 1 type of wheat maturing spring cotton should be selected transplanting methods.
