谈到初中数学教学的特点与追求,大家常常会想到科学、高效、创新等,却很少有人会提到“灵性”一词。很多教师认为有效完成初中数学教学的途径就是要完成教学计划、跟进课后作业,却完全没有对教育灵性的追求。在教学过程中,为了打造更为合理高效的课堂教学,教师必须以更高的眼光制定教学目标,在对知识进行完整教学的基础上,还要让课堂充满灵性。
When it comes to the characteristics and pursuit of junior high school mathematics teaching, we often think of science, efficiency, innovation, etc., but very few people will mention the word “spirituality.” Many teachers think that the effective way to accomplish junior high school mathematics teaching is to complete the teaching plan and follow up homework after class. However, there is absolutely no pursuit of educational spirituality. In the teaching process, in order to create a more reasonable and efficient classroom teaching, teachers must set a higher vision of teaching objectives, based on the complete teaching of knowledge, but also to make the classroom full of spirituality.
