通过二次离子质谱仪 (SIMS)研究了Mo在Zr57Nb5Cu1 5 4 Ni1 2 6 Al1 0 非晶合金中的扩散 ,并计算出其扩散激活能Q和前置系数D0 分别为 1 95eV和 1 13× 10 - 5m2 s- 1 .根据Stokes Einstern关系式研究了玻璃转变温度以下 5 93— 6 73K之间Zr57Nb5Cu1 5 4 Ni1 2 6 Al1 0 非晶合金的黏滞特性 ,得到的黏滞系数从 5 93K的 1 0 7× 10 1 0 Poise降到 6 73K的 1 4 2×10 8Poise .
The diffusion of Mo in Zr57Nb5Cu1 5 4 Ni1 2 6 Al1 0 amorphous alloy was studied by SIMS, and the diffusion activation energy Q and pre-charge coefficient D0 were calculated to be 1 95eV and 1 13 × 10 - 5m2 s-1. According to the Stokes Einstern equation, the viscous behavior of Zr57Nb5Cu1 5 4 Ni1 2 6 Al1 0 amorphous alloy at 5 93-673 K below the glass transition temperature was studied. 0 7 × 10 1 0 Poise drops to 14 2 × 10 8 Poise of 6 73K.
