为适应社会治理体系的变革和群众治安需求的变化,嘉兴市公安局审时度势,在警力资源增长严格受限的条件下,坚持体制机制“两条腿”走路,创新实施警务供给侧改革,坚持内涵式发展道路,找准信息化发展方向,科学配置警务资源,梳理再造警务流程,优化行政管理服务,规范执法权力运行,不断提高公安机关战斗力水平和组织绩效。嘉兴公安机关警务供给侧改革的启示是,改革要树立“以人民为中心”理念;要传承和发扬“红船精神”;要符合现代警务发展潮流;要勇于担当,敢于动真碰硬。
