氟的容量测定法,长期以来都是采用硝酸钍做滴定剂,方法简易快速、灵敏度高,为生产上普遍应用。但由于使用放射性元素,大量的放射性物质“钍”随测定后的溶液排入废水中,造成严重的环境污染,同时工作人员的身体健康也直接受到影响。为此改革硝酸钍容量法成了生产上急需解决课题之一。过去,国内外有不少人在这方面做了大量的工作,从一些文献上介绍有采用锆盐、铝盐、铅盐、稀土金属、EDTA、亚铁氰化钾和碘化钾做滴定剂的;也有人建议采用中和法。
Fluorine capacity determination method, thorium nitrate has long been used as titrant, the method is simple and fast, high sensitivity, for the production of universal application. However, due to the use of radioactive elements, a large amount of radioactive substance “thorium” is discharged into the waste water as the measured solution causes serious environmental pollution and the health of workers is also directly affected. Therefore, the reform of thorium nitrate capacity has become an urgent need to address the issue of production. In the past, many people both at home and abroad have done a lot of work in this area. Some documents introduce the use of zirconium salts, aluminum salts, lead salts, rare earth metals, EDTA, potassium ferrocyanide and potassium iodide as titrants. It is also suggested that the neutralization method be used.
