近期,四川省成都市青白江区和吉林省松原市陆续发生地下燃气管道泄漏并引发燃烧、爆炸的事故。两起事故都是在维修过程中发生的,暴露了当事燃气公司的维修抢修能力不足,应急处置不当,从根本上反映了企业安全生产主体责任落实不到位。文章就地下燃气管道泄漏现场处置进行了探讨。
Recently, Qingbaijiang District of Chengdu City, Sichuan Province and Songyuan City, Jilin Province, one after another underground gas pipeline leakage and lead to combustion, explosion accident. Both accidents occurred in the maintenance process, exposing the incumbent gas companies lack of repair and maintenance capacity, emergency response improperly, fundamentally reflects the main responsibility for the implementation of enterprise safety in place. The article discusses the underground gas pipeline leakage disposal.
