由Puumala病毒引起的汉坦病毒性感染常导致流行性肾病,该病以高热、血常规异常、轻微肾功能障碍和眼功能异常为主要特征。在大部分欧洲地区,已少见该病毒感染流行,但某些地区仍有流行现象。儿童汉坦病毒属感染更为少见。本文报道1例诊断为汉坦病毒感染的女性患儿。患者以高热、蛋白尿、血尿和眼损害为主要特征,但缺乏血小板减少、肾脏功能障碍等典型特征。结论:本例病例资料证明:对于长期不明原因高热患儿,有必要考虑汉坦病毒感染。可根据血清学检测来加以确诊。
Hantavirus infection caused by Puumala virus often leads to epidemic nephropathy, which is characterized by high fever, abnormalities in blood, mild renal dysfunction and ocular dysfunction. In most parts of Europe, it is rare that the virus is endemic, but epidemics are still endemic in some areas. Hantavirus infection in children is more rare. This article reports 1 case of women diagnosed as Hantaan virus infection in children. Patients with high fever, proteinuria, hematuria and eye damage as the main feature, but the lack of thrombocytopenia, renal dysfunction and other typical features. Conclusion: The case data show that: for children with long-term unexplained fever, it is necessary to consider the Hantaan virus infection. According to serological tests to be diagnosed.
