应用大白菜石特和运农两个包头型自交不亲和系材料,在其主枝下部进行人工蕾期授粉,上部采用花期蜜蜂授粉对比试验。结果表明,两个材料蜜蜂授粉结荚率分别为对79.1%,81.9%;单荚结子数分别为10.78粒和11.18粒。人工授粉结荚率分别为28.11%,19.52%;单荚平均结子数分别为5.54粒和5.18粒。蜜蜂授粉可显著地提高自交不亲和系的结英率和单荚子粒数,从而大大提高了种子产量,是繁殖十字花科自交不亲和系的有效方法。
Application of Chinese cabbage stone and transport two Baotou self incompatibility materials, in its main branch of the artificial bud stage pollination, the upper part of the flowering bees pollination contrast test. The results showed that the pollination pod rates of two bees were 79.1% and 81.9%, respectively; the numbers of single pods were 10.78 and 11.18, respectively. The rate of artificial podding and podding was 28.11% and 19.52% respectively. The average number of single pods was 5.54 and 5.18 respectively. Bee pollination can significantly improve the inbreeding rate of inbreeding and the number of single pods, thereby greatly increasing the seed yield, is an effective method of breeding cruciferous self-incompatibility.
