本文基于陕西醍醐物流基地二期建设工程,根据场地既有现状及征求了铁路局的意见共研究了两个建设方案,经对比分析后推荐方案Ⅰ为建设方案。醍醐物流基地二期的建设将有效利用既有铁路闲置土地,盘活铁路资产,避免铁路土地流失风险,又可以进一步完善基地功能,提升创效能力。同时又能带动物流基地周边及澄城县的经济发展。
Based on the construction project of Phase II of Shaoguan Shaoguan Logistics Base, this paper studies two construction schemes based on the current status quo of the site and soliciting the opinions of Railway Administration. After comparing and analyzing, I recommend scheme Ⅰ as the construction scheme.醍 醐 The construction of the second phase of logistics base will effectively utilize the idle land of existing railways, activate the railway assets, avoid the risk of railroad land loss, and further improve the functions of bases and enhance the capability of establishing innovative bases. At the same time, it can also promote the economic development around the logistics base and Chengcheng County.
