[目的]研究多个因素对豇豆产量及品质的影响。[方法]运用五因子二次正交通用旋转组合设计,研究氮肥、丰产素、萘乙酸与防落素以及密度相配合对豇豆产量和品质的影响。[结果]这5个因素均明显影响豇豆的产量;氮素、丰产素、萘乙酸和防落素对豇豆维生素C含量和粗纤维含量有明显影响;氮素、萘乙酸以及丰产素则明显影响豇豆粗蛋白质含量;氮肥、丰产素和防落素则是影响还原糖含量的主要因素。各因素之间的交互作用非常复杂。通过综合选优后,获得高产优质的栽培方案为:纯氮16.5 g/m2,丰产素225.0 mg/L,萘乙酸17.4 mg/L,防落素5.9 mg/L,密度10.44株/m2。[结论]该研究为制定豇豆高产优质高效的模式化栽培方案提供了理论依据。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the influence of many factors on the yield and quality of cowpea. [Method] The quadratic orthogonal quadratic rotation combined design was used to study the effects of nitrogen fertilizer, high yield hormone, naphthalene acetic acid, anti-down factors and density on the yield and quality of cowpea. [Result] The five factors all significantly affected the yield of cowpea. Nitrogen, high yield, naphthaleneacetic acid and anti-downtilon significantly affected the content of vitamin C and the content of crude fiber in cowpea. Nitrogen, naphthalene acetic acid and high yield of vitamin significantly affected Cowpea crude protein content; nitrogen fertilizer, high yielding hormone and anti-pigmentation are the main factors affecting the content of reducing sugar. The interaction between the various factors is very complicated. Through the comprehensive selection and optimization, the cultivation plan for high yield and high quality was as follows: pure nitrogen 16.5 g / m2, high yield 225.0 mg / L, naphthalene 17.4 mg / L, anti-platelet 5.9 mg / L and density 10.44 plants / m2. [Conclusion] The study provided the theoretical basis for formulating a high-yield, high-quality and modeled cultivation plan of cowpea.
