目的 通过调查X射线CT检查所致受检者剂量 ,为探索建立放射诊断的医疗指导水平提供基础资料。方法 采用Victoreen公司生产的笔形电离室和聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯材料制作的躯干和头部模体测量多层扫描平均剂量 (MSAD)。结果 头部剂量为 (4 2 7± 3 7)mGy,腰椎为 (17 9±2 6 )mGy ,腹部为 (12 9± 1 1)mGy。结论 在建立我国的X CT检查医疗照射指导水平时 ,应充分考虑到便于实施
Objective To investigate the dose of X-ray CT examination and provide the basic information for exploring the medical guidance for establishing radiological diagnosis. Methods Multislice Scanning Mean Dose (MSAD) was measured using a torso and head phantom made by Victoreen’s pen ionization chamber and polymethylmethacrylate material. Results The head dose was (42 7 ± 37) mGy, the lumbar spine was (17 9 ± 26) mGy, and the abdomen was (12 9 ± 1 1) mGy. Conclusion When setting up the guide level of medical examination of X-ray in our country, we should give full consideration to the ease of implementation
