游泳是人体借助水的浮力,通过肢体运动对水的作用力达到漂浮前进的体育运动。在高校游泳课教学过程中,发现了一些有碍于教学的不利因素和安全隐患。经过对游泳课的教学进行全面的分析、探讨和总结,发现了教学中出现的问题和应对的方法,如:惧水的心理障碍的输导与安全教育的不足、自救和互救知识的忽略和淡化、准备活动过程的场地存在的安全隐患、教学分组的方法、教师示范的时机和方法、教师看护区域的划分等。为今后的游泳课教学提供一些成功的经验和方法。
