现在从铀矿,特别是从低品位铀矿提取铀广泛采用离子交换法,(1—5)而所用的树脂多为Ⅰ型强碱树脂,例如Amberite IRA400,Dowex1×8及717树脂等。这是因为铀在酸性溶液中可以与SO_4=络合而呈阴离子UO_2(SO_4)3~(-4)或在碱性溶液中与CO_3=络合而呈UO_2(CO_3)_3~(-4)离子,皆可被Ⅰ型强碱树脂良好吸附,从而可以与其他杂质阳离子分开,达到浓缩,纯化的目的。过去有一些报导(1,4)认为磺酸树脂虽可吸附铀,但也会同时吸附铁等杂质离子而弱碱树脂对铀吸附量小,且对杂质如铁等吸附多,同样都不适用。
Ion exchange is now widely used to extract uranium from uranium, especially from low-grade uranium (1-5). Most of the resins used are Type I strongly basic resins such as Amberite IRA400, Dowex 1x8 and 717 resins. This is due to the fact that uranium can be complexed with SO 4 in acid solution to form UO 2 (SO 4) 3 ~ (-4) or UO 2 (CO 3) 3 ~ (-4) complexed with CO 3 in alkaline solution. Ions, are good type Ⅰ alkali resin adsorption, which can be separated from other impurities cations, to achieve the purpose of concentration, purification. Some reports in the past (1,4) that the sulfonic acid resin can adsorb uranium, but also adsorbed iron and other impurity ions and weak base resin adsorption of uranium is small, and the adsorption of impurities such as iron and more, the same does not apply .
