In this paper, intraperitoneal injection of sub-chronic carbon disulfide was used to observe the effect of carbon disulfide on zinc, copper content, estrous cycle and follicular cell growth in female rats. The results showed that the levels of zinc and copper in ovaries of high-dose carbon disulfide-treated rats were significantly lower than those of the control group. The estrous cycle of rats exposed to carbon disulfide was significantly longer than that of the control group. The number of primary and secondary follicles in high- Lower than low dose group and control group. The results showed that carbon disulfide on female rats gonadal toxicity can also be characterized by significantly prolonged estrous cycle, ovarian cell growth and development of a clear obstacle, and the role of ovarian zinc and copper in the mechanism of its role in the development is worth exploring.
