Recently, at the request of the Chief Executive’s Office of the Hong Kong SAR, at the invitation of the Ministry of Public Security, Yuan Guoqiang, Secretary for Justice of the HKSAR Government, and Li Dongguo, Secretary for Security, and others came to Beijing to hold the first round of consultations with the Mainland authorities on further improving and perfecting the mechanism of mutual notification.
