目的观察荜茇乙醇提取物(Ethanol Extract of Piper LongumL.,EEPL)对胰岛素抵抗综合征(IRS)模型大鼠免疫功能的影响。方法采用高脂高糖高盐膳食造模,高脂饲料造模4周后,各组给予相应药物,给药8周后处死大鼠,于无菌条件下取大鼠脾淋巴细胞、自然杀伤细胞(NK)和腹腔巨噬细胞(Mφ),采用中性红法检测Mφ吞噬功能,MTT法检测T、B淋巴细胞增殖活性和NK细胞的自然杀伤力。结果与模型对照组比较,EEPL高、中剂量组T、B淋巴细胞增殖率明显升高(P<0.05或P<0.01),EEPL各剂量组NK细胞杀伤率和Mφ吞噬能力明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论 EEPL具有改善IRS模型大鼠免疫功能的作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of Ethanol Extract of Piper Longum L. (EEPL) on immune function in rats with insulin resistance syndrome (IRS). Methods High-fat, high-sugar and high-salt diet was used to make model. After 4 weeks of high-fat diet, the rats in each group were given corresponding drugs. After 8 weeks of administration, rats were killed and splenic lymphocytes were killed under aseptic conditions. (NK) and peritoneal macrophages (Mφ). The phagocytosis of Mφ was detected by neutral red assay. T, B lymphocyte proliferation activity and natural killer of NK cells were detected by MTT assay. Results Compared with the model control group, the proliferation rates of T and B lymphocytes in high and medium dose EEPL groups were significantly increased (P <0.05 or P <0.01), and the NK cell killing rate and Mφ phagocytic capacity in EEPL groups were significantly increased Statistical significance (P <0.05 or P <0.01). Conclusion EEPL can improve the immune function of IRS model rats.
