为了准确模拟对接焊缝的温度场,在分析前人关于双椭球热源模型参数选取方法的基础上结合相关的计算经验提出了比较完善的双椭球热源模型参数选取方法,运用前人的试验数据对其准确性进行了验证;然后对考虑和不考虑焊接过程材料添加的两种模拟方法进行了仿真分析与对比,发现考虑材料添加比不考虑材料添加的算法更合理,其所得熔池形态、温度场及应力场与实际情况更吻合;最后应用数值模拟方法分别模拟了匀速焊接和变速焊接,发现采用变速焊接方法调整起弧阶段的焊接速度,可以避免匀速焊接起弧阶段存在的未焊透焊接缺陷.
In order to accurately simulate the temperature field of butt weld, based on the analysis of predecessors’ selection methods for the parameters of the dual ellipsoid heat source model, a comparatively perfect parameter selection method for the dual ellipsoid heat source model is proposed based on the relevant calculation experience. Data were used to verify its accuracy. Then two simulation methods, which consider and do not consider the addition of welding process materials, were simulated and compared. It was found that considering the material addition was more reasonable than the algorithm without material addition, , The temperature field and the stress field are in good agreement with the actual situation. Finally, the numerical simulation method is used to simulate the uniform welding and variable-speed welding respectively. It is found that the variable-speed welding method can adjust the welding speed in the arcing stage to avoid the un- Through welding defects.
