激光显微光谱分析法是用高能量密度的激光束使样品微区气化,其蒸气通过辅助电极时引起电极放屯从而进一步被激励,用摄谱仪拍摄样品的光谱特征线,达到定性、半定量甚至定量分析的目的。这一方法具有取样直径小、分析速度快、灵敏度高、准确性好、无须事先制备样品等优点,因此在地质、冶金、电子、国防、科研、公安等部门具有广泛的用途。 江苏省南京地质仪器室根据省科委的有关文件,从1975年起,担负了“JXF-74型激光显微光谱分析仪”的研制任务,在1975年完成一台初样的基础上,经多次改进,于1978年12月完成了研制任务。 1978年12月26日至28日,江苏省科委和江苏省地质局在南京联合召开了“JXF-74型激光显微光谱分析仪”鉴定会,参加会议的有来自全国12个省市40多个单位的近70名代表。
