本刊1986年第2期刊登了城乡建设环境保护部于1986年2月4日以(86)城科字第67号文颁发的《建筑技术政策》的全部文件。这些文件以政策性规定的形式,明确了建筑业的行业特性、生产结构、产品结构和技术结构,确定了建筑业和建筑产品发展目标和技术发展方向,提出了促进建筑业技术进步的技术路线和重大技术措施,是全国各建筑部门、企事业单位制订发展规划、调整生产结构、改革科技体制、组织科技攻关、进行技术改造、改善经营管理、组织技术引进、开发科技人才的重要依据和行动准则。为了更好地学习贯彻《建筑技术政策》,我刊拟设置专栏,欢迎各级技术领导和广大读者撰写文章,既可从总的方面(方针、指导思想)谈认识体会,更欢迎针对文件中个别论点、某项具体政策或具体措施,结合实践体会和设想进行论证,也欢迎提出意见、建议和问题。来稿请勿超过五千字,点滴论证以一、二千字为宜。
