目的:探讨分级管理在治疗小儿手足口病中的临床效果。方法:选取我院2012年5月~2013年12月在我院就诊的180例手足口病患儿进行分级管理治疗,按照病症的轻重,将患儿分为四级,Ⅰ级为轻症病例25例;Ⅱ级为普通病例,包括患儿123例;Ⅲ级为重症倾向病例20例;Ⅳ级为重症病例12例。结果:轻症患者和普通患者治疗一周左右之后均痊愈,重症倾向患儿有3例转为重症,重症患者有1例死亡。结论:分级管理能更好的分配医院的卫生资源,将轻症患儿和普通患儿控制在门诊,筛选出重症倾向和重症患儿,密切观察患儿的病情,避免延误治疗时间,提高小儿手足口病的治愈率。 Objective: To explore the clinical effect of grading management in the treatment of hand-foot-mouth disease in children. Methods: 180 cases of hand, foot and mouth disease were treated in our hospital from May 2012 to December 2013 in our hospital. According to the severity of the illness, the children were divided into four grades and the first grade was mild case 25 cases; Ⅱ grade for the common cases, including 123 cases of children; Ⅲ grade severe cases of 20 cases; Ⅳ grade 12 cases of severe cases. Results: The mild and common patients recovered after about a week of treatment. Three of the children with severe disability turned to severe and 1 died of severe cases. Conclusion: Hierarchical management can better distribute the hospital’s health resources, control the children with mild illness and ordinary children in the clinic, screen the patients with severe tendency and severe illness, closely observe the condition of children, avoid the delay of treatment time and improve the children’s Hand-foot-mouth disease cure rate.
