本文采用高精度光电计时粘度计及单茎毛细管密度瓶分别测定了在288.15~328.15K温度区间内,氨基乙酸和DL-氨基丙酸在1mol·kg ̄(-1)Na_2CO_3水溶液中的粘度及密度数据;计算了两种氨基酸在该溶液中的粘度B系数及极限偏摩尔体积;拟合出了粘度B系数与温度的关系方程;讨论了氨基酸的引入对Na_2CO_3水溶液结构的影响规律;用流动过渡状态理论得到了两种氨基酸在1mol·kg ̄(-1)Na_2CO_3,溶液中的流动活化参数.
In this paper, the high-precision photoelectric tachymeter and single-capillary capillary density bottle were measured in the temperature range of 288.15 ~ 328.15K, glycine and DL-amino acid in 1mol · kg ~ (-1) aqueous solution of Na_2CO_3 Viscosity and density data of the two amino acids were calculated. The viscosity B coefficients and the limit partial molar volumes of the two amino acids in the solution were calculated. The equation of viscosity B coefficient and temperature were fitted. The influence of amino acid introduction on the structure of Na_2CO_3 aqueous solution was discussed. The flow activation parameters of two kinds of amino acids in 1 mol · kg ~ (-1) Na_2CO_3 solution were obtained by the theory of flow transition state.
