提出了1000MW超超临界燃煤空冷机组“锅炉排烟余热高能级深度利用”的新方案,通过对锅炉排烟各能级段之间热量转换的计算分析,在保证系统可靠性的前提下,提出了高效利用锅炉排烟余热的方案,并进行了该方案的经济性分析。该方案应用后节能效果显著:可降低锅炉排烟温度30℃。降低机组发电标准煤耗2.67g/kwh,两台机组年节标准煤3.08万吨。此外还可以大大减少脱硫吸收塔系统的蒸发水量。
