证券市场专业人士表示，房地产行业是个赚钱的行当，但在股市上却不大受欢迎，主要原因是房地产只有交易价值，没有投资价值。在本次高峰论坛上，国泰君安证券研究所房地产行业研究员张宇表示，房地产的属性正在改变，从大众消费品变成投资品。当其属性改变后，要投资房地产不能仅看产品本身，更多的是要关注政策的走向、房地产企业的创新能力、楼市价格走向等，从这些方面来看，房地产并没有太多投资价值。
