我国推行政府采购几年来，运行情况较好。实践证明，政府采购既是源头治理腐败的重要措施之一，又是财政支出管理改革的重头戏，其在节约资金、调控经济运行、抑制社会腐败等方面的作用已越来越明显。但县市由于受经济规模小、市场狭窄等因素影响，在推行政府采购时，面临着一些亟待研究解决的难点问题。 In the past few years since China implemented government procurement, its operation was good. Practice has proved that government procurement is not only one of the most important measures of source corruption control, but also a highlight of the reform of fiscal expenditure management. Its role in saving funds, regulating economic operations and curbing social corruption has become increasingly evident. However, due to the small economy and the narrow market, counties and cities are facing some difficult problems to be solved urgently when implementing government procurement.
