目的探讨肾上腺皮质激素治疗支气管哮喘的临床效果。方法选取患有支气管哮喘的患者48例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各24例。对照组患者采用传统治疗,观察组患者在传统治疗方法的基础上采用肾上腺皮质激素综合治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗结束后,观察组患者的治疗效果明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论科学的应用肾上腺皮质激素,能有效改善呼吸内科患者的病症,提高呼吸内科疾病的治疗效果。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of adrenal cortex hormones on bronchial asthma. Methods Forty-eight patients with bronchial asthma were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 24 cases in each group. The control group of patients with traditional treatment, the observation group patients in the traditional treatment methods based on the use of adrenal cortical hormone therapy. The treatment effect of two groups of patients was compared. Results After treatment, the treatment effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Scientific application of adrenal cortex hormones, can effectively improve the respiratory disease patients and improve the therapeutic effect of respiratory medical diseases.
