大学生体质健康测试中,男子测试1000米女子测试800米,或者男女统一测试台阶实验,这是国家对大学生心肺功能指标是否达到标准的基本要求,同时在具体的锻炼和测试中也是大学生倍感头痛的项目,学生觉得中长跑难度大、太辛苦而有抵触,如何结合现有体育课程教学模式,依据国家大学生体质健康测试的要求,按照现在大学生的特点,有效的提高大学生的心肺机能,是一个迫在眉睫的课题。本文通过分组对比实验的方法,在体育课程的准备活动部分增加了12分钟跑,把体育课准备活动从15分钟变为20分钟,合理延长准备活动在课程时间结构的百分比。
