目的:对湖南产女贞子乙醚提取物化学成分进行定性与定量分析。方法:利用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)进行检测;通过直观推导式演进特征投影(HELP)法对产生的二维数据进行解析得到重叠峰中各组分的纯色谱图和质谱;并利用质谱相似度结合程序升温保留指数(PTRI),实现了对同分异构体(特别是构象异构)组分的定性分析,最后对各组分进行相对定量分析。结果:共分辨出84个色谱峰,鉴定了其中75个组分,占乙醚提女贞子化学成分总含量的84.3%。结论:女贞子主要挥发成分为顺式油酸(cis-oleic acid,9.805%)、羽扇豆醇(lupeol,8.848%)和9,12-亚油酸[(Z,Z)-9,12-octadecadienoic acid,8.357%]。
Objective: To qualitative and quantitative analysis of the chemical constituents of Ligustrum lucidum from Hunan. Methods: Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) was used for detection. The two-dimensional data was analyzed by intuitionistic inferential evolution projection (HELP) method to obtain the pure chromatograms and mass spectra of the components in overlapping peaks. Mass spectral similarity with the program temperature retention index (PTRI), to achieve the qualitative analysis of isomers (especially conformational isomers) components, and finally the relative quantitative analysis of each component. Results: A total of 84 chromatographic peaks were identified and 75 of them were identified, accounting for 84.3% of the total chemical constituents of Ligustrum lucidum. Conclusion: The main volatile components of Ligustrum lucidum are cis-oleic acid (9.805%), lupeol (8.848%) and 9,12-linoleic acid [(Z, Z) -octadecadienoic acid, 8.357%].
