目的观测兔牙槽骨局部缺损后应用复方白芨胶/珍珠层粉的修复效果及复合材料降解吸收情况。方法 60只兔分3组,Ⅰ组:骨缺损处植入白芨胶/珍珠层粉复合材料;Ⅱ组:单纯珍珠层粉;Ⅲ组:不填充材料。分别在术后1、4、8、12周行影像学、骨密度、大体解剖学观察、组织学及碱性磷酸酶活性测定,评价骨缺损修复及材料降解情况。结果珍珠层粉与白芨胶粉生物相容性均良好,术后12周时各组材料均降解完成。Ⅰ组骨缺损修复最快。12周时Ⅰ组骨密度值为(0.41±0.02)g.cm-2,大于Ⅱ组,Ⅱ组大于Ⅲ组。术后各时间点碱性磷酸酶活性Ⅰ组最高。结论中药复方白芨胶/珍珠层粉能较快地修复局部牙槽骨缺损,为临床中药治疗牙槽骨缺损开辟了新方向。
Objective To observe the effect of compound Baijiao glue / nacreous powder and the degradation and absorption of composite materials after alveolar defects in rabbits. Methods Sixty rabbits were divided into three groups. Group Ⅰ: bletilla striata / nacre composite was implanted into the defect; group Ⅱ: simple nacreous powder; group Ⅲ: not filled. At 1, 4, 8 and 12 weeks after surgery, imaging, bone mineral density, gross anatomy, histology and alkaline phosphatase activity were measured to evaluate the bone defect repair and material degradation. Results The biocompatibility of nacreous powder and Baijiao powder were good. The materials of all groups were degraded after 12 weeks. Group Ⅰ bone defect repair the fastest. At 12 weeks, the BMD of group Ⅰ was (0.41 ± 0.02) g.cm-2, which was greater than that of group Ⅱ, while that of group Ⅱ was greater than that of group Ⅲ. Alkaline phosphatase activity in group Ⅰ was the highest at all time points after operation. Conclusion Chinese medicine compound Baijiao glue / nacre powder can quickly repair local alveolar bone defects, and open up a new direction for the clinical treatment of alveolar bone defects.
