随着1912年近代民主政权的建立,民国时期的机关文书和档案工作都明显有别于传统的古典文档工作,其荦荦大者当为反映近代文档工作新内容的术语系统。机关文档工作术语的使用日趋于合理和规范,多数术语为新中国建立后的机关档案工作所沿用。本文就民国时期机关文书和档案工作中一些基本术语使用的情况作简单梳理,并以此来说明传统文档制度近代化的转型和发展成果。
With the establishment of the modern democratic regime in 1912, the organs, instruments and archives in the period of the Republic of China were obviously different from the traditional classical documents. The great majority was the terminology system that reflected the new contents of modern document work. The use of working documents in working documents has become more and more reasonable and standard. Most of the terms are used in the work of the government agencies after the founding of new China. This article briefly reviews the use of some basic terms in government documents and archives in the period of the Republic of China and illustrates the transformation and development of the modern document system.
