本实验以125I-LPS对大鼠灌胃后,观察腹膜炎大鼠肠源性内毒素移位后各脏器中分布。结果表明:急性感染性腹膜炎可致肠源性内毒素移位增加,各重要脏器中均含不同浓度的内毒素,内毒素含量由高至低为:肾、肺、肝、胰、肠系膜淋巴结、心脏(P<0.05)。大承气汤能明显抑制腹膜炎大鼠肠源性内毒素移位(P<0.01),并可增加125I-LPS的粪便排出量(P<0.01)。为临床治疗肠源性内毒素血症提供了一个可靠的方法。
In this experiment, 125I-LPS was administered intragastrically to rats, and the distribution of enterotoxin in peritonitis rats was observed. The results showed that: acute infectious peritonitis can cause increased translocation of intestinal endotoxin, all the major organs contain different concentrations of endotoxin, endotoxin levels from high to low as: kidney, lung, liver, pancreas, mesenteric lymph nodes , Heart (P <0.05). Dachengqi Decoction can significantly inhibit the intestinal endotoxin translocation in rats with peritonitis (P <0.01), and increase the excretion of 125I-LPS feces (P <0.01). For clinical treatment of intestinal endotoxemia provides a reliable method.
