国家越来越重视农业问题,在农业方面的资金投入不断增加,农业科研事业单位的科研项目经费逐年增加。同时国家也在不断推进人事制度改革,改善人才评价体系,逐步实施绩效工资改革。随着社会的进步和事业的发展,农业科研单位的内部管理方式需要相应转变,管理水平亟待提高。文章结合工作实际,对新形势下农业科研单位经费管理方面的几个突出问题进行了分析。 Countries pay more and more attention to agriculture. Their investment in agriculture is constantly increasing. Research funding for agricultural research institutions has been increasing year by year. At the same time, the state is also constantly pushing forward the reform of the personnel system, improving the personnel evaluation system and gradually implementing the performance-based wage reform. With the progress of society and the development of the cause, the internal management methods of agricultural research institutes need to be changed accordingly, and the management level needs to be improved urgently. Based on the actual situation of the work, the article analyzes several prominent problems in the funding management of agricultural research institutes in the new situation.
