清原满族自治县地处辽宁东部山区。十几年的发展实践,使县委深刻地认识到,影响和制约山区经济发展因素不少,但主要原因还是人才匮乏。因此,县委在确立“以人为本”的工作思路的同时,把提高现有党员、干部队伍素质作为发展清原经济的重要任务,加大力度,抓紧抓好。十几年来,我们清原分校在学区的领导下,在县委的高度重视下,紧紧围绕经济建设这个中心,连续举办了五届、六届、七届、九届和十一届理论班。在办学过程中,我们认真把好入学关、教学关、考试关,强化管理,保证了办学质量,提高了刊授党校办学的社会效益。 Qingyuan Manchu Autonomous County is located in the eastern mountains of Liaoning.
