现用提升机制动力矩的测量装置存在测量时间较长、精度低等问题,利用渐开线齿轮齿条的啮合原理,设计一种渐开线形提升机制动力矩测量装置。该装置以被制动的工作机圆盘外圆为基圆,制成渐开线形齿轮并连接在被制动的工作机圆盘上;齿条为千斤顶,调节千斤顶安装角度,使千斤顶推力的作用线与被制动的工作机圆盘外圆相切,被制动的工作机圆盘转动的推力与其外圆半径(即力臂)始终垂直,乘积为制动力矩。该装置很好地解决了测量制动闸时无须倒转被制动的工作机圆盘,调节千斤顶安装角度不方便的问题,将千斤顶水平放置,然后确定齿轮的渐开线基圆半径,避免了千斤顶安装角度产生的误差,并提高了测量精度。
