公民诉讼制度是美国环境保护法律制度的特色之一,探讨了美国公民诉讼制度的形成、内容及其性质,并指出了我国现行环境诉讼制度的一些不足。通过对比,以期对我国环境法制的完善有所裨益。
Citizen litigation system is one of the characteristics of the legal system of environmental protection in the United States. It explores the formation, content and nature of the citizen litigation system in the United States. It also points out some shortcomings in the current environmental litigation system in China. By contrast, with the hope of improving our country’s environmental legal system.
