经济和政治是两个互相联系又互相制约的概念，离开了经济来谈论政治以及离开了政治来谈论经济，都是毫无意义的。因此，探讨当代中国的经济发展，固然要从经济的角度进行，但也要从政治的角度展开。在当前人们较多地以经济的视角研究中国经济发展的途径时，特别需要从政治的角度，来确立一种经济发展之政治观。作者主要从经济发展的政治环境入手，探讨了经济发展的若干政治因素，并提出了如何改善政治环境来促进经济发展的问题。
Economy and politics are two concepts that are interrelated and mutually restrictive, leaving the economy to talk about politics and leaving politics to talk about the economy are meaningless. Therefore, to explore the economic development of contemporary China, though it must proceed from an economic point of view, should also start from a political point of view. At a time when people are more likely to study China’s economic development from an economic perspective, it is especially necessary to establish a political outlook on economic development from a political perspective. The author starts with the political environment of economic development, discusses some political factors of economic development, and proposes how to improve the political environment to promote economic development.
