钢筋切断机刀片的质量好坏直接影响机器性能和效率。国内生产的刀片多选用高碳合金钢,如W18Cr4V,9SiCr等,并经常规热处理工艺处理,其质量、性能多数达不到部标准JJ32-85规定十万次以上不卷刃、不崩裂的要求。我厂自1972年试用中碳合金结构钢材质制作刀片并采用亚温热处理新工艺。经十多年使用,实践证实其质量、性能远远超过部标准要求,且成本低、加工容易、在国内享有较高声誉。本文对刀片选材及热处理工艺进行分析;对刀片加工缺欠,可靠性预测及判断进行探讨。一、刀片选材分析 1碳元素作用碳元素是强化金属材料的主要元素。钢
The quality of rebar cutter blades directly affects machine performance and efficiency. The blades made in China are made of high-carbon alloy steels, such as W18Cr4V and 9SiCr, and they are treated by conventional heat treatment.
