目的：全面分析探讨医院药剂科新药开发的方法和可行性。方法：结合新药开发特点及医院药剂科开发新药的优势与劣势，摸索药剂科开发新药的选题思路。结果：选题思路是：①药物新剂型的开发；②利用验方和专利开发；③利用已知药物进行合理组方；④中药制剂的开发主要是临床验方和本院的某些疗效可靠的中药制剂。结论：医院药剂科开展新药开发完全可行。
Objective: To comprehensively analyze and discuss the method and feasibility of new drug development in pharmacy department of the hospital. Methods: Based on the characteristics of new drug development and the strengths and weaknesses of the development of new drugs in the pharmacy department of the hospital, this paper explored the selection of new drugs in the pharmacy department. Results: The idea of the topic was: ① the development of new drug formulations; ② the development of prescriptions and patents; ③ the rational use of known drugs; ④ the development of traditional Chinese medicine preparations are mainly clinical prescriptions and some of our hospital reliable curative effect preparation. Conclusion: It is totally feasible for hospital pharmacy to develop new drugs.
