人们一般都认为,冬天气候寒冷,人体需要较多的热量来保护。但在冬季所需要的热量远没有夏天多。一位美国科学家研究发现:在零上40℃和零下40℃的环境中,人体在一昼夜所耗费的热量,热天比冷天要多出1675焦耳。因此,人在夏天要比在冬天更需要多进一些营养丰富的食物,以弥补体能的消耗。
It is generally believed that the cold weather in winter, the body needs more heat to protect. But the heat needed in winter is far less summer. A US scientist study found that: in the environment of zero 40 ℃ and minus 40 ℃, the heat consumed by human body in a day and night is 1675 joules more than that in cold weather. Therefore, people need more nutritious food in the summer than in winter to make up for their physical exertion.
