2017年5月15日,最高人民法院发布了10起涉“一带一路”建设典型案例。这些案例涉及信用证开证、股权转让合同、居间合同、独立保函、海域污染损害赔偿、海上货物运输合同、承认和执行外国仲裁裁决、承认和执行外国商事判决等,所涉法律问题均具有很强的代表性。人民法院在这些案件的审理中,对疑难复杂问题作出了清晰回应,这对于统一裁判标准、完善审理规则起到了很好的指导作用。
