中心聘请北影导演皇甫可人,制片主任马少孔,中国电影艺术研究中心赵葆华,北京广播学院电视系讲师苏彭城,北影演员黄小雷,辽宁电视剧制作中心导演哈门为艺术指导及辅导教师。本中心下设:影视制作部,演员剧团、影视剧本编辑部、信息联络部,协会办公室等部门。凡参加本协会的爱好者每人每年交会费二十元(包括邮寄信息资料,批改作业等费用支出)通过邮局汇款并邮寄一寸照片两张,写明工作单位和详细通信地址(参加表演协会的请寄三张彩色生活照片,正侧头部特写各一张并标明身高)接到汇款后即发给协会会员登记表,并注册登记,方可成为本会正式会员。
