心理危机干预是班主任必须面对和承担的重要工作与任务。在日常复杂的现实社会和层出不穷的社会问题中,对心理危机进行干预的重要性却决不容忽视。班主任作为心理健康教育工作的主要承担者,在学生出现心理危机后,应掌握个体与团体心理危机干预的相关技巧,保证学生身心的和谐健康发展。
Psychological crisis intervention is the class teacher must face and undertake important work and tasks. The importance of intervening in psychological crises can not be overlooked in the daily complex social reality and emerging social issues. As the main undertaker of mental health education, the teacher in charge of class should master the relevant skills of individual and group psychological crisis intervention after the student has a psychological crisis so as to ensure the harmonious development of body and mind.
